Manually Work Items in Unposted Item Repair (UIR)

You can manually assign one of the following dispositions to items in UIR:

• Corrected - the UIR item was reviewed and transaction information was corrected. Process the transaction again with the changes.
• Process As Is - process the transaction again without making any changes.
• Return Item - the item was reviewed and the decision to return the item is made.
• Special Handling - the UIR item was reviewed and requires additional research before a decision is made.
• Further Research - the UIR item was reviewed and a decision made on the item but further research is needed.

You can also override any automatic dispositions assigned to items from the previous BOSS processing run by using the same dispositions.
